Conceptualization

Where every project begins to take shape.

This is where it all starts. I take the initial idea and build a creative foundation around it, pulling together moodboards, references, and a clear aesthetic direction.
I define the atmosphere, the color palette, and the story the space needs to tell, so that every decision moving forward has a clear purpose.

Storytelling

Every space tells a story, and this is the one I crafted for Villa Buenavista.

Imagine a place where Christmas never ends, where the lights glow softly, the air feels warm, and wonder lives in every corner. In Santa's Village, you don't just visit... you belong. Wander through winding ramps, climb stairways to secret hideaways, and watch ornaments drift above you like memories frozen in time.

Every home welcomes you in, every color wraps around you, and every space pulls you back to the magic of your very first Christmas.

3D Modeling

Giving the idea its shape.

Once the concept is locked in, I start building it in 3D. I work through the structure, proportions, flow, and layout, creating a detailed model that lets you see exactly how the space will look and feel before anything gets built.

Rendering

Seeing it before it's real.

I create photorealistic renders that capture the lighting, materials, and atmosphere of the space so you can truly feel what it will be like to stand inside it. These visuals are perfect for approvals, presentations, and making sure every detail is right before construction begins.

Blueprints & Materialization

Making it real.

This is where the design leaves the screen and becomes real. I prepare everything the production team needs to build it right: layout plans, measurements, material specs, and visual guides that leave nothing to guesswork.
